Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is to give you full confidence in your purchase. All products come with a manufacturing-defect guarantee. We’ll also exchange items if you receive something different from what you ordered.

What to do:

  • If you receive a product that’s faulty or not the one you ordered, please contact us with your order number, your account ID, the item in question and a clear description of the defect.

  • After your message, our Quality Control team will review and approve any exchange.

  • You may request an exchange for manufacturing defects up to 90 days after delivery. After that period we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for defects.

Once your complaint is reviewed (within 7 business days at most): You’ll have the choice of:

  1. A full refund of the amount paid;

  2. A replacement item identical to the one ordered;

  3. A replacement of equivalent value;

  4. Or a voucher equal to the product’s value for future use.

Right of Withdrawal (UK / EU):
For online orders, you may cancel your purchase for any reason up to 14 days after delivery.
Please notify us within that period; you must then return the item within a further 14 days.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or evidence of the return.

Important Details:

  • Refunds to credit cards: Our Finance Dept may take up to 7 business days to process the refund; depending on your card issuer the amount may take up to 120 days to reach your account.

  • If you send the product back without prior notice, outside the valid time frame, with missing or altered items, without label or receipt, it will be returned to you via courier at your cost.

  • Menfors does not cover return shipping costs for refunds, chargebacks or exchanges where the fault is not on our part; shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
